We use to work harder sometimes, doing overwhelming tasks and overcome lots of problems, and the things seem never end. All make us feel tired and stress.
Then most of weekend we just going out to mall, enjoy relaxing at a spa, and spending money.

How if you want to release your stress and tired after back from work?
Try one of these tips to release your stress and tired without have to leave home:

  1. Watch movie or comedy to make you laugh and forget your stress at least temporary
  2. Sitting on your armchair or couch and listen to the soft music can make you calm down
  3. Sitting on the couch and Soak your feet in the warm water can relax your muscles and reduce your tired
  4. Take a warm bath can really make you feel good
  5. Laying on your bed, close your eyes, relax your body, and try to empty your mind (you can put an aromatherapy if you like)
  6. Sitting on the terrace, enjoy the outside wind, stare to the sky and feel how grateful you are
  7. Pray.. this is actually the top formula to release stress of life, calm down your heart and enlighten your mind
